- Use past and current data to analyze customer purchase behavior and trends.
- Coordinate and plan with CRM team campaigns that would help generate additional data.
- Collects, Filters, Analyzez and employs data.
- Improve the outcome of digital marketing activities that have been developed alongside our hired agencies.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, trends, and cost.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing campaigns such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Collaborate with our agencies and other partners.
- Plan and execute CRM marketing and digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing CRM database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Optimize online advertisements through Google Adwords, Social Media Platforms, Google Display Network etc. to increase brand awareness for us and generate additional leads for the Sales team.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Measure performance of CRM and digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools specifically Google Analytics alongside tools like Hubspot or Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports, and presenting them to management/Clients.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Must have solid knowedge in the following:
- Google Analytics (mandatory).
- Hubspot or Hootsuite and Mail chimp
- Social Media Marketing.
- Strong Ad Campaigns Analysis skills using relevant and advance KPIs.
