Animator & Content Creator – Real Estate Marketing

We are looking for a talented Animator and Content Creator to elevate our real estate brand through captivating animations and engaging multimedia content. This role will focus on creating visual assets that highlight property listings, showcase market insights, and enhance client engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D/3D animations and motion graphics to showcase property tours, neighborhood highlights, and market trends.
• Produce engaging video content for social media channels, email campaigns, websites, virtual tours, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brokerage teams to translate property features and brand messaging into compelling visual stories.
• Develop animated infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex market reports and statistics.
• Edit and enhance video footage from property shoots, including adding animations, voiceovers, and music.
• Optimize content for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is fresh and impactful.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all animated and video content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of animation and content creation experience, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation, video editing, and multimedia storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing is recommended.
• Excellent visual storytelling and design sense with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for real estate agents, brokers, or property management firms.
• Knowledge of drone footage editing and aerial video integration.
• Understanding of SEO and social media advertising best practices in real estate.
• Experience with virtual staging, 3D modeling, or VR/AR content is a plus.
