Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate with customers and Sales Team for timely deliveries.

- Report and address inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports for parts claims and coordinate with the Central Warehouse for imports.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documents and records.
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations and issue resolution.
- Represent the Warehouse Supervisor in meetings and functions.

Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Knowledge of import and stock replenishment processes.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Familiarity with document control and filing procedures.
