IT Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support to provide technical assistance and support to the employees at Alfardan Automobiles. The IT Support will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring software and hardware are functioning properly.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide technical assistance and support to Alfardan Automobiles employees
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Set up new computers and peripherals for employees
• Maintain network and server infrastructure
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
• Train employees on how to use new software and hardware

 Candidate Requirements:

• Speaks Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu
• Proven experience as an IT Support or similar role
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Certification in IT or related field is a plus
• Valid Qatar driving license is a plus

• Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT networks
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
