Junior Salesman

We are hiring for a Junior Salesman to support our sales team by assisting with client communication, and handling administrative tasks such as maintaining sales record, preparing sales reports and presentations, and tracking performance against sales targets, while also learning sales strategies from senior staff.

• Providing client support by responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information on products and services
• Assisting sales team members with administrative tasks like preparing sales reports, presentations or proposals
• Maintaining accurate client records and tracking sales activities
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and progress toward individual and team targets
• Participate in the company projects for sales and development strategy
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sustainability standards
• Coordinate with other departments as needed

• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales
• Experience with agriculture particularly on vegetable produce
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required
• Proficiency with basic office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• Familiarity with food safety protocols
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Ability to quickly learn and understand company products and services to effectively answer questions and make recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent
