الوصف الوظيفي
- Proactive preventive maintenance
- Managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical equipment and other building systems,
- Supervision of the maintenance technicians.
- Researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment, and supplies.
- Daily check on equipment and maintain par stocks and distribution and movement of inventory store materials and tools.
- Review outsourced contractors’ performances, compile monthly reports and checklists as per contract agreement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate the overall quality work of the team and demonstrate understanding of quality standards including ISO and Quality Management systems.
المهارات
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in relevant industry (hotel, resort, residential towers, or properties in general)
- Good leadership qualities, including organization and planning.
- Strong technical background of all building systems and can recognize electrical, plumbing, ventilation and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
- Be able to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and CAD
- Knowledge on health & safety practices and regulations
