Rental Agent

Summary:
As a Rental Agent for luxury cars, you will be responsible for assisting customers in renting high-end vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth rental processes.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right luxury car for their needs
- Explain rental policies, terms, and conditions to customers
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are in top condition for rental
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
- Provide guidance on the features and benefits of different luxury car models
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in the car rental industry, preferably with luxury vehicles
- Strong knowledge of luxury car brands, models, and features
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficiency in using rental management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications in customer service or sales is a plus
