Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our Jaguar Land Rover team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and the service department, ensuring a premium experience through accurate service planning, customer communication, and quality assurance. Your mission will be to meet customer satisfaction while optimizing service department utilization and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and understand their service needs
  • Book vehicles for service and coordinate with the workshop team
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and explain the work needed
  • Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations
  • Ensure all records, payments, and service details are accurate
  • Promote additional services or products when appropriate
  • Handle customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with the service and dealership teams
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow JLR standards
  • Continuously improve through training and feedback

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Basic understanding of automotive servicing and repairs
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with JLR processes and service standards (preferred)

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  • Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) service systems and procedures is preferred
  • Proven track record in handling customer queries, service bookings, and follow-ups
