Sr. Accountant (Analysis)

The Senior Accountant – FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The role involves delivering strategic insights, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring financial health through detailed financial analysis and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage FP&A processes and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collect, validate, and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular performance dashboards and reports.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of budget models, long-term forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare, review, and present detailed financial reports, variance explanations, and business cases for senior management.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations and reports for executive stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, company policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and update budget databases, financial systems, and analytical tools.
• Recommend improvements to budgeting, reporting, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling; knowledge of ERP and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
• Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools.
