Tender Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Tender Specialist to join our team. Main objective of this position is to provide support to management with regards to Tenders and contract preparation.

• Monitoring of upcoming tenders’ opportunities.
• Preparation and submission of required document.
• Coordinate with all other department (legal, finance, government relation, etc.).
• Must have admin. Knowledge.
•  Acquire and update all necessary documents related tender.
•  Follow-up with all changes in tender stage.
• Keep, track and maintain records for all tender submission.
• Ability to continually improve submissions of tenders.
• Ability and understanding of the methodology of tenders (technical & Commercial).
• Cooperate with operations team for all tender submission.

• 4+ years of experience as a Tender Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge in ISO 9001-2015 procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent
