Job Description
CAFM Coordinator manages and organizes all facility or project documentation in accordance with strict client or company procedures.
- Document Control & Compliance: Track, log, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing project and maintenance documents. Ensure all paperwork adheres to ISO standards, safety requirements, and naming conventions.
- CAFM System Administration: Oversee the operation of CAFM systems (such as Maximo or Plan on). Input and update asset data, maintain preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, and process service work orders.
- Version Control: Maintain a centralized, secure filing system (both physical and electronic) to ensure only the latest, approved revisions are in circulation.
- Reporting & KPIs: Produce regular progress, maintenance, and compliance reports for senior management and clients. Track corrective maintenance data and asset history.
- Team Coordination: Act as the central hub of communication between Operations, Maintenance, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and engineering teams to guarantee timely document flow documentation may be required for regulatory compliance or in the event of an audit.
Skills Description
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of ent, Landscapeexperience.
· High school Degree or Diploma / equivalent.
