E-Commerce Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail- oriented E-Commerce Sales Coordinator to join our team!

• E-Commerce Sales Coordinator handles online sales by managing product listings, optimizing website content, and ensuring smooth customer experience.  
• Responsible for online sales and food delivery platforms orders, such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq and WhatsApp Business order. 
• Handles online sales and food delivery platforms
• Receive and process orders in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate payment process across all orders
• Promote products on Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq and WhatsApp Business
• Providing client support by responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information on products and services
• Maintaining accurate customer records and tracking sales activities
• Monitoring and reporting on online sales performance
• Participate in the company projects for sales and development strategy
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sustainability standards
• Coordinate with other departments as needed
• Receiving and preparing orders, guaranteeing accurate payment process, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales particularly on managing online sales and food delivery platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent
• Analytical mindset to improve the e-commerce platform and meet business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required
• Familiarity with the best practices for promoting products on online sales and food delivery platforms
• Proficiency with basic office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• Familiarity with food safety protocols
• Strong background in digital marketing preferred
• Experience with agriculture particularly on vegetable produce preferred
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Ability to quickly learn and understand company products and services to effectively answer questions and make recommendations
