Job Description

Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle with accuracy and confidentiality.

Administer HR Information Systems (MENA iTech) and COSEC biometrics.
-
Maintain and update employee records systematically.
-
Oversee employee benefits including leave, insurance, tickets, and settlements.
-
Collaborate with Finance (payroll transactions) and IT (system access).
-
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and metric reports to support HR management.

Administer separation and final settlement processes.

Support HR projects, performance, and year-end reward processes.
Skills
-
Proficiency with HR/Payroll systems (MENA iTech preferred)

Experience with COSEC biometrics system

Strong knowledge of payroll administration and employee benefits

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
HR reporting and analytics (preparing MIS, dashboards, metrics)

Documentation and record-keeping of HR and payroll data
