Job Description
- Acts as the hotel ambassador, by welcoming, assisting, and bidding farewell to guests.
- Maintains active presence in the lobby, facilitates VIP arrivals and departures, and ensures personalized guest experiences.
- Coordinates with management to prepare guest itineraries and handles guest requests and complaints efficiently.
- Collects and disseminates guest information to relevant departments, supports promotional activities, and monitors guest satisfaction.
- Participates in daily briefings, training, and special projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Collaborates closely with front office, management, and other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
Skills Description
- Must have good communication skills, and customer service skills
- Must be bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Must have prior experience in the hotel industry
