Job Description
We are looking for skilled Maintenance Team Leader who supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Engineers in overseeing repair and maintenance activities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. He is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising technicians, coordinating work orders, and ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and maintenance technicians.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Assign and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion as per KPIs.
- Coordinate with Property Management and other departments to resolve maintenance issues and improve tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor manpower utilization, inventory, tools, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and checklists.
- Act as Maintenance Supervisor during absences.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills Description
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
