We are currently building our talent pool for Automotive Service Advisors who can serve as trusted advisors to our valued customers, ensuring a seamless journey from vehicle intake to service completion.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive service experience
- Consult with customers about their vehicle issues and maintenance needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage service bookings
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills and ability to upsell services
- Familiarity with automotive systems and diagnostic tools
